A word from the chef :Our menu changes every day to suit the markets and the seasons. Every three weeks the menu evolves to ensure that there is genuine creativity with the produce, and we aim to use products directly from the farmers. We also work hard to ensure that our clients can feel the value for money in the dishes they are served.
