About the restaurant :Nestled in the heart of Provence and founded in the 13th century by the Order of the Templars, the Château Peyrassol is surrounded by nearly 850 hectares of oak trees, olive groves, and shrubland. You're just an hour and a half from Monaco, but the change of scenery is striking. Take a stroll through the gardens, wind your way down towards the vineyards, or be drawn to the exceptional open-air contemporary art collection. Suddenly, you come across a small restaurant, Chez Jeannette. Its terrace with a direct view of the vineyards is a haven of peace and charm.
Inside, a modern décor in tune with the art of the estate is evident. The cuisine is equally refined, with ingredients sourced from the vegetable garden that evolve as the seasons progress. To complete the pleasurable experience, enjoy a glass of the Peyrassol wine.
